It is all about how he classified ingredients. Not how we would today. He uses herbs, spices, seasonings, elements. All those words to describe the 11 ingredients How about Herbs, Spices, Extractive Oils (Extracts for short), Molecular Compounds, and Mineral Seasonings. There are most likely no Elements (as in individual Atomic level substances) involved. How he classified. Science had zero to do with it

It's interesting that he specifically said that he added the salt to the flour, then added the seasoning. I wonder if that has any changing effect? On the TEF show, the preparation of the breading and the "warsh" are not shown.
