He isn't anywhere close to having the recipe. He thinks colour matching his spice mix to modern O.R means his mix is correct. I could easily make any random recipe that matches the colour of modern o.r spice mix.

It is interesting that my bag of seasoning from the 2000s is the basis for this man's belief that he has the OR correct. My seasoning is basically salt, msg, pepper and some powder. It ain't what I ate in 1959.
