A classic or traditional 'Poultry Seasoning' contains only Thyme, Sage, Marjoram, and Rosemary, in that order.

In a bread stuffing, Poultry Seasoning is intended to be added in addition to at least equal (by weight) additions of Sage and/or Summer Savory. Poultry Seasoning is not generally intended for use (in this capacity) as a "primary" or "sole" seasoning.

poultry seasoning This Photo is of a Poultry seasoning mix .6 Gram PLEASE TAKE NOTE how little .6 Gram is weighted on a Jewelry Scale in a ketchup dipper cup it would never fill 1/4 of a baby teaspoon that is .6 Grams MY SCALE CANNOT EVEN WEIGH .125 Gram of a Spice it will NOT register .125 Gram and HARD to even weigh .3 Gram HOW DOES ANYONE THINK that .125 gram or .3 gram we added this into flour and cooked the wings .6 Gram of poultry Seasoning into 1 cup flour with Salt and little salt. THERE WAS ZERO FLAVOR ZERO FLAVOR IN THE 4 pieces of chicken wings Deep Fried NO TASTE and people are thinking that .125 grams or .3 Grams of ANY spice make flavor ? we then used 1 gram same spice and it had little but so little taste it was similar NOT worth adding into a mix if your adding salt and pepper we had to use a popsicle stick to try and sprinkle so little spice into the Ketchup dipper which was a JOKE to weigh so little and then tried to get a little out what a mess.
