Has anyone else cooked the NO Ginger Recipe ?
Silver has 100 time better recipes and much closer then the NO GINGER recipe.
We had people who sent the NO Ginger wings back when compared to recipe with Ginger ?
The Recipe NOT bad, it's NOT bad BUT NOT a Kentucky Fried Chicken recipe.

Has anyone else cooked the NO Ginger Recipe ? I'm giving it consideration. I posted my proposed no Ginger recipe on this forum quite recently.
Within the two old recipes you are having date and signature verified is there Ginger? If so, it may save me from wasting a cook session and ingredients.

I encourage everyone to try it so one can see differences its the only way to see comparison Here is where I am at. For me I can get away with cooking clone KFC no more than maybe every 6 weeks. Between my wife not being a fan of having too much chicken and my own health considerations. So I don’t have the luxury of trying every notion or idea that pops up on the forums. I would say if anyone has either tried head to head recipes or ingredient deletes like this. And have an opinion I will listen. If and it’s an if, anyone has more concrete evidence one way or other outside of the stories we have all heard. And that evidence advances or removes a rabbit hole. Then bring it to the table. I don’t want a free ride but wasting time on dead ends is getting out of control

I posted this recipe elsewhere upon this forum, but since it is relative to "No Ginger" I'm re-posting it here: Recipe Title: "No Ginger" 200. grams Cake Flour 32.0 grams Salt 10.0 grams MSG 1.00 grams Dextrose 2.50 grams Black Pepper (1) 2.50 grams White Pepper (2) 1.00 grams Coriander Seed (3) 1.00 grams Sage (4) 0.50 grams Peri-Peri (Tabasco) Pepper (5) 0.50 grams Anise Seed (6) 0.50 grams Mexican Oregano (7) 0.25 grams Clove (8) 0.25 grams Nutmeg (9) 0.25 grams Mace (10) 0.25 grams Garlic Powder (11)
Edit: It is also "No Allspice".
Edit #2: Since a handful of Herbs all go by the name 'Mexican Oregano', and/or 'Mexican Sage' mine is specifically "Lippia graveolens".
Edit #3: I grew the Tabasco Peppers in our garden, and dehydrated them in our food dehydrator, then ground them. The sign hanging over the seedlings I started with stated 50,000 Scoville.

I was a circulation manager for a local newspaper, always on the phone; I practiced law for over 30 years, always on the phone; I've seen these modern trends of sole communication on smartphones, obliterating the surroundings; I've watched people text each other while all were present at a party; I know women who do every task under the Sun on a smart phone because they think their personality is so powerful that they can control other people and their environment with their superior wills. I'm a face to face guy. I don't do phones. Do you?

Ginger absolutely part of the recipe. but i am open minded enough to know i could be wrong, and also open minded enough to not just believe what some researcher said. I always stick to my own gut instincts at the end of the day.
Every recipe ive cooked where the ginger was too low the note is also weaker. And when i tried jamaican ginger it took the recipe to next level? these are all things we have heard, but they all just happen to work for me out of a coincidence? or maybe it works because that stuff we heard is actually true.
There was actually one time where i considered ginger could not be apart of the recipe and this was way before Ken himself said he believes it is not in it. It was when i had my family smell some premium sage and they said it smells like ginger. Which made me think if sage is gingery, maybe no need for real ginger? Also from cooking standpoint, that could also be why you add ginger because they go good together since sage is already a little gingery.

I will stand on Two Principles
C.H.S. Had a lawsuit for slander and comments he made - Which included the Ginger Comment
Tommy Settle Was also in the lawsuit over recipe. Tommy S in court and under Oath told the Judge the Recipe was a Chicken recipe as Stuffing recipes don't have GINGER and LOTS of Ginger - They cooked the Recipe on the Good Morning America Show before Noon. and Many people said it was BETTER then K.F.C. recipe ? WITH TONS of GINGER.
I have been Posting for MONTHS now that more Ginger is needed on Recipes and we Have been using 25% of the 11 Spices and Herbs in Ginger 1/4 the recipe GINGER and people ARE LOVING IT. After We have been POSTING this Many Time it's interesting KEN AKA Dustin NOW chime up NO GINGER.
We are using Ginger Root From Jamaica and Jamaican Allspice (I know some have posted NO ALLSPICE) Leaves have more kick then the Ginger
