Lost and Found Recipe
Just so there is a clear understanding.
We are NOT waiting for NEWW AGE TO VERIFY the recipe we are having the Documents Hand written examined and the Paper test for Year verification BY Professionals who can verify both Hand writing and a Factual Date recognition of Paper Age.
The value of the Documents becomes Factual when verified BY experts.
Tommy and Cherry S found the Documents in the Basement of C.H.S. and Claudia House, which is why KFC NEW AGE WAS unhinged.
ONCE the Paper is Determined to a AGE and Verified as C.H.S. Then NEW AGE will NOT be-able to comment as to the Factual evidence which shows it was C.H.S. and Then once Year is established it becomes was it the Original Scramble Egg Recipe or Just a Fried Chicken Recipe (Pun what came first the Egg or Chicken)
If its Dated to before 1964 Everyone will get a Copy of the Most detailed Scramble Egg Recipe C.H.S. ever wrote.
WE know its a far superior Chicken Recipe then KFC NEW AGE cooks today, and what has been changed since Heuben Drastically changed the Recipe.
The Recipe is COMPLICATED not a simple instruction recipe to follow as written. WHICH is why KFC NEW AGE complained things are difficult to Make.
The ingredients are wrote in a Detailed Manner that CHS could remember or a Child (WHICH DOES NOT SPELL - SALT)
Also We are waiting for a Written Decision From F.D.A. and Other Counties comment as to the wording of 11 Herbs & Spices
DOES THIS MEAN it can ONLY contain 11 Herbs and Spices ? Or can the recipe include more then 11 Herbs and Spices ?

Point of clarification if you will. Are you saying you have the Tom and Cherry S recipe meaning what KFC went after them for. Or another version?

Point of clarification if you will. Are you saying you have the Tom and Cherry S recipe meaning what KFC went after them for. Or another version? It might be that KFC went after them because they were exploring the potential of selling the recipe? But of this I can only wildly speculate... |

Tommy and Cherry S Own Claudia S Dinner and Bought the C.H.S. and Claudia House
The recipe they have was in the Basement of the House they bought and they attempted to Verify the Recipe with K.F.C. NEW AGE who got a Court order to have the recipe turned over to the Court.
That is where the Court battle started and Tommy Challenged the KFC NEW AGE when they said it was a Stuffing recipe. Tommy said the Recipe is a chicken recipe NO stuffing recipe has 11 Items and Lots of Ginger.
They had a Cool off ON Good Morning America. There were similarities to BOTH Chicken the People said. Many said the the Recipe that Tommy and Cherry cooked was Better flavor then the NEW AGE KFC.
The recipe that Tommy and cherry had is Dated 1964 and detailed weights of Spices and Herbs. Which Added to 100%
K.F.C. NEW AGE said it was missing 5 Seasoning. The court Paperwork says 5 Seasoning.

Two different Recipes The Tommy Cherry S Recipe is written in % and was from 1964.
In communications With Winston S He explained the the 20,13,10. Tommy S. also in Court describe the Recipe in Percentage Amounts. Both indicated 11 Spices and Herbs.
A 1964 Recipe would have Been More a Marion K Bill S. created Marion Kay Chicken Seasoning - NOT 99X
The Original Recipe was 1939, Leon Pete Harmon said that C.H.S. measured with a Spoon the Spices and Herbs he purchased.
Final answer is Two Different Recipes BUT similar recipes

If you don't know the specifics of the Settle's recipe, how can you say that yours is similar?
