Sift the Flour Prior to Measuring amount C.H.S. A old Baker method was to add drops of Orange and Lemon, or Vanilla Liquid extract to Flour and fold the flour then sift the flour the extract Gave Flavor to the flour

There have been Many times in the Last weeks the Flour which we are receiving has been coarser then typical and we have had to sift the flour 1 or 2 more times to get the flour extra Fluffy.
If you are NOT sifting the Flour it can create different exterior cooking Brownness or un even cooked visual
