I want to Make a Personal Observation which then would reference to the Apple to Apple Orange to Orange issue
Below are a Break Down of ONLY 3 of the Recipes from Glen and Friends Video 1-9
Please Look at the Break Down of ONLY 3 recipes which Glen and Jewels reviewed and indicated were the TOP 3 of the series
My Question is This HOW can you Do a accurate review of Different recipes when they vary so MUCH
Look at the Difference in salt and spice Ratios
200g flour
115g Salt
36g Spice and Herbs
200g Flour
240g Salt
9.5g M.S.G.
96g Spice and Herbs
200g flour
24g Salt
13g Spice

On an adjusted basis whereby to scale each recipe given to Glen to 200 grams of flour, Glen seemed (as I see it) to be typically adding about 13 grams of each Seasoning Mix (spice and herb). Therefore the H&S recipe size "as given to him" is not relevant at all. I would presume the same for Glen's Salt additions. The typical recipe given to him (when scaled to 200 grams of flour) likely had about 27-28 grams of "overall" Salt (as the sum of Salt within the H&S Mix, plus as added externally).

Glen mixed the recipes as Given to Him by Others and commented SOME have WAY WAY more spices then Others and held up the Plastic containers.
Watch when he pours the seasoning and salt into the Flour Major Difference Major.
HOW CAN ONE expect Different AMOUNTS OF SPICE and Salt to have the Same EFFECT AND TASTE
IT'S IMPOSSIBLE
You cannot take 2 recipes with Different Amounts and Have similar end cooked result's when the Salt and or spice RATIOS are So indifferent.

Glen should have unified to 13 grams in 200 grams of flour. And then zinged accordingly as dictated by round 1 eating test results when cooking round 2. Perhaps I merely presumed that he had done this.

Watch the Video NO he Did Not Then perhaps Glen didn't give full and proper mixing justice to each recipe. Such as when he was immediately repulsed by Ken's recipe which was highly likely a very good recipe. That part of the Glen series always confused me.

Glen followed the recipe as given except in later videos where he mixed and matched
