We are releasing a Starting list of what we used in One of OUR BEST recipes we have had and Cross referenced it back to what we called a Old School Recipe some time ago.

Onion Salt Garlic Salt Garlic Granules Powder
Chilli Powder (spelled Chilli NOT chili) Cinnamon Ginger Mustard Powder - Coleman Double Fine Oregano Sage Rosemary

25% Ginger 10 % each Salt Onion and garlic salt 5% Garlic Powder 3% Cinnamon
all other ranged 3% to 5%
