K.F.C. International was asked Two questions some time ago and the reply is as Follows
Question 1
Is K.F.C. chicken marinade or Brine ?
Answer: Pieces of chicken on the bone* marinated and floured according to K.F.C. standard.
Question 2
Does K.F.C. Original contain Mustard or Celery ?
Answer: Yes Original In certain Countries or Regions Contains Celery, Mustard. Please refer to The Store Location and inquire if The Original contains Mustard or Celery. K.F.C. follows all Laws requiring Disclosure of Ingredients in the Countries they are in.
it is NOTE we have search different Ingredient lists; Canada, USA, Other Countries and some are listing Celery and Mustard included other Countries DO NOT list it at ALL.
The Canadian and USA Food agencies have been Sent Letter of Inquiries regarding K.F.C. Label in reference to the Original Chicken Recipe Meat ONLY. NO reply has been received from Canada or USA.
We have sent Direct Letter to Specific Countries asking for Answers.
