99x vs Graces Prefect Blend
Pro and Cons
in our experience the Pro and Cons between 99x vs Graces Perfect Blend
99x Spices and Herbs salt, you can add as much or as little as you want in the Flour Mix Observation the measurements on the Tin are NOT a reasonable amount and every time we measures the Ratio recommend by Marion Kay as Directed by the instruction it was under seasoned But had some similarity of KFC. You need to increase the amount of seasoning to get a more seasoned Cooked chicken with flavor. Expensive to ship to Canada after Dollar exchange and shipping over $120.00 for 2 Cans.
Grace's Perfect Blend Your shipping seasoned flour and you get what you get. HIGHLY recommend that you dump the entire bag into a container and SIFT the Seasoned flout twice before use. Otherwise the Spices and Herbs heavier concentrate settles to the bottom and the Top amount of Flour is under seasoned. The Grace's Perfect Blend like 99x has some similarities to K.F.C. also is it the Perfect Blend NOT if you Do Not sift the entire bag first. We have always added more seasoning to the Grace's Perfect Blend in the form of adding 99x together with Grace's Perfect Blend. Over all Very expensive when it was shipped from Overseas.
I will NOT knock either Products as they both make a K.F.C. style chicken Best Bang for the Buck was 99x over Graces Perfect Blend BUT we will see what they are going to Charge when Grace's Perfect Blend is sold in Canada ? it might give 99x a run for the money and they will start selling in Canada.
Past preference was when we used BOTH in a combination together BUT very costly adventure.
