A Tip with Melding which follows the Principle C.H.S. used
Meld the Spices in 1 container and the Herbs and Pepper in a second container until the last moment and you will have a higher noticed flavor profile between spices and herbs
or
keep them separate until adding into the Flour and Spices added Last.
We typically Mix the Flour and Powered Salt together and sift once
then add the Herbs and hand mix the flour and Herbs NOT sifted the add the Spices and Sift ALL ingredients
it does make a better Mixed end result seasoned flour.
