Correction to instructions:
Sexton's Deep Fried Chicken Instructions: Add 5 grams of the above blend to 200 grams of flour, and 30 grams of salt, and ~5-6 grams of B&W pepper, and about 5-10 grams of MSG.
Optional ingredients to consider: ~0.5 grams Anise Seed, and ~0.25 grams Garlic Powder.

We made a Simple Simple Spice, Peppercorn. Pimento, Sage, Italian Seasoning, Red Pepper, Mace, Vegetable Seasoning
We sprinkled it ON Chicken and Pressure Cooked it NOT Deep Fried
We Sprinkled it ON Pork Loin Roast and Pressure Cooked it to Cooked Temp.
The Aroma Was OVERFILLED with K.F.C. NOTE on Both / Very One whole smelled and tasted the 2 Dishes Said it was a K.F.C. Aroma and Taste.
We Did Not Do Measurement or Weights we Just Mixed the Ingredients to Aromatic as We were Grinding the Spices.
We used very little Salt and No M.S.G ( NEEDS BOTH )
The Aroma was OVER THE TOP, There was Some left overs and the K.F.C. Aroma is Intense in the Left overs ( We made extra to see what cold would be like )
