We are going to Do a experiment Called Quick and Fast ? The base Thought for the experiment use Easy to Obtain items with Items Found in 85% of the K.F.C. clone recipes on the World Wide Web ? As a Example I posted regarding Pimento Cool Running We had Received a Lawry's item which we use for convince when we are having supply shortage issues for Rotisserie chicken. The Quick and Fast will Go with 3 to 4 Pre-Packaged Spices and mixed with Regular Flour and Basic Starches Simple mix simple math easy quick and fast to what can make similar and like K.F.C. style wings drums, and thighs etc. We want to keep it simple for what make work ? No it may NOT be a perfect mix BUT can be a simple add to for easy of many people These Two items were Obtained from Prime Amazon.ca and 3 Bottles were in the $40.00 Cost Range (Obviously NOT all the Pimento will be used in simple batch BUT we will work out cost Per Batch so many can see possible $ Canadian. We have Not decided on the First Test YET BUT will use the 2 items in the Photo   |

This would be my quick and fast recipe:
200g flour
30g salt
4g MSG
6g Peppercorn medley
1g Allspice
1g Coriander
1g Ginger
1.5g Poultry Seasoning
.2g Garlic Powder

This would be my quick and fast recipe: 200g flour 30g salt 4g MSG 6g Peppercorn medley 1g Allspice 1g Coriander 1g Ginger 1.5g Poultry Seasoning .2g Garlic Powder Bingo! |

My attempt at a quick and fast recipe:
200 grams Cake Flour
28 grams Baker's Salt
8 grams MSG
5.75 grams Black Pepper (fine)
1.25 grams Hungarian Paprika (or 1 gram Paprika and 0.25 grams Cayenne Pepper)
1.25 grams Garlic Salt
1.25 grams Aromat Original
1.25 grams 5-Spice Powder*
1.25 grams Sage
*(0.25 grams each of Red Sichuan Peppercorn, Fennel Seed, Clove, Allspice, Celon Cinnamon)

For the 5-Spice powder in the above recipe, if you don't have any Ceylon Cinnamon, add 0.125 grams of Cassia Cinnamon (common cinnamon) in place of 0.25 grams of Ceylon Cinnamon.

You might want to try adding 1.25 grams of Poultry Seasoning instead of 1.25 grams of Sage.
