200.g. Cake Flour 32.0g. Salt 10.0g. MSG 2.00g. Dextrose 3.00g. White Pepper (1) 2.00g. Black Pepper (Medium Coarse) (1) 2.00g. Red Pepper (Half Mild Paprika, Half Cayenne) (2) 1.25g. Sage (3) 1.25g. Coriander Seed (4) 1.00g. Ginger (5) 1.00g. Allspice (6) 1.00g. Tarragon (7) 0.125g. Thyme (8) 0.125g. Savory (9) 0.125g. Marjoram (10) 0.125g. Garlic Powder (11)
6 Spices, 5 herbs
B&W Pepper (spice) Red Pepper (spice) Coriander (spice) Ginger (spice) Allspice (spice) Garlic (spice)
Sage (herb) Tarragon (herb) Thyme (herb) Savory (herb) Marjoram (herb)
Note: There has to be sufficient Tarragon whereby to achieve an adequate level of background licorice flavor.

Correcting for the 'Red Pepper':

The recipe (as above) gets rid of my "Allspice/Clove/Mace" overload witnessed for recipe "This Is The One!" by eliminating both Clove and Mace.
It also solves the low Salt problem, and the lacking lingering Pepper bite problem, and it trims the H&S ingredients from 12 to 11.

Please NOTE*
We used a Spice Flour Mill to Double Find Slow grind the Spices into a Ultra Fine Powder
it was ground two times for Fine Consistency (This is more what New Age has Been Doing Fine Powder){ NOT what the Original was with larger Spec's of Herbs }
why Did we Do it this way Because that's what we were set to Grind [ We Do have some spice left over which will be slow Pulse Grind so Larger Particles will be left as if Original Style ^ which will be Blended with the Ultra Fine Blend above ]

If it's evolving the note of KFC (sans for being a bit on the lingering hot side) it will still reveal a lot! The extra heat may even work for wings.
