Silver recipe Review
January 18th Recipe
if some one can Post the photo of the Recipe Please attach it as the site would not let a upload on my end
DAM GREAT CHICKEN.
we cooked 3 versions of the Recipe we were tweaking the recipe due to FRESH OIL used, and just because it's WHAT WE DO.
as a person cooks 9999 different recipes it's hard to remember the last great recipe like Sweet 16 which is a unreal Chicken recipe
it's hard to compare past recipes when its more then weeks old in the mind BUT I keep great reports of the cooking.
It has great Flavor and compare to sweet 16 recipe on a level of excellent. DOES it hit a NOTE aroma - we are not a great judge as NEW oil was used BUT we cooked 40 batch's of wings with Recipe as Printed originally by Silver we cooked in the Open Top Deep Fryer, rapid Heat Deep Fryer NOT the Pressure cooker and into the late evening there was a Aroma Hitting effect.
we cooked 40 Batches of recipe 2A also so we cooked 80 Batch's of chicken or 80Lbs of wings as 1 Batch is approximately 1Lbs.
I think it would be a great match between recipe 2 and Dustin / Kens recipe.
I Do Not cook the Chicken we make to obtain the K.F.C. Note or the AROMA I cook it for FLAVOR and Coating consistency.
I KNOW THIS comment is going to MAKE WAVES in the Forum BUT in the past some of the High * NOTE AROMA * was achieved with Eula recipe when we tested it
We also Got a HIGH *NOTE AROMA* from the inherited Recipe that used Pre-mixed spices ?
Dustin's / Ken's recipe has some NOTE and NEW AGE KFC Quality BUY LOOK AT THE AMOUNT OF SPICE AND SALT used ? ? ?
SILVER GREAT JOB with the recipe it needs some tweaking BUT I would serve it ANY TIME AND HOLD HEAD HIGH acknowledging YOUR WORK GREAT JOB.

How many attempts DID TC32 33 34 Have in the Day ?
How many attempts Did Dustin / Ken Have
it's NOT about the Number of Cooks or attempts its about a Person trying to accomplish the BEST chicken to a remembered OLD K.F.C. Chicken Taste.
C.H.S. had many attempts before he settled on the 11 Spices and Herbs and then adding 1 more element two Handfuls Boat event ?
C.H.S. was also kicked out of 1007 locations before he started gaining interest, then he had 3 independent restaurant adding it to there menu before Leon Pete Harmon SKY ROCKETED THE BUCKET of CHICKEN
