These numbers may be hard to follow BUT we are trying to Make the Comparison EQUAL TEST
weights in g, oz., teaspoon and Tablespoon were ALL cross referenced between reach recipe as if exchanged in ways
Todd W recipe when you look at volume is Much Smaller Batch Mix then Dustin / Ken Batch mix
The problem was BOTH used different measuring process so we even the field to same mix Values
Our intention on Round 1 will be to Mix Large scale equal to Dustin / Kens Scale and use 40g of spice compared into Flour
#1 Todd W mix @ 40g to 200g Flour
#2 Dustin Mix @ 40g to 200g Flour
#3 20g Todd Mix and 20g Dustin mix combined 40g to 200g Flour WHY NOT ?
ALL 3 will have all scaled to 100% Value when mixed with Flour and Salt
