Ginger Root Ground from Jamaica ?
Ginger Root is Classified as a Vegetable which when Ground FDA says its a SPICE
I DO NOT know who Started the BS about the Jamaican Ginger Could NOT be a HIGHER amount then 15 % this BS was either a FIGMENT of Ken or Dustin imagination
There were 7 independent times Ginger WAS Discussed
3 Times by CHS
2 Times By the Franchisers who were Supplied with 4oz Imported Ginger Jamaican to add to the 26oz Pre existing Bags of seasoning
2 Times by Tommy Settle
IF your NOT using a HIGH QUALITY Ginger Root which Jamaican is typically and more then expected then your OFF the rails
WHATS the HIGHEST AMOUNT you have ATTEMPTED
I will disclose a AMOUNT we JUST used but only in Private and once some explain the amounts they tries and was it PRE-GROUND ginger or Ginger Root Jamaican that you used?

I tried 3 grams of ginger in a recipe built upon a base of 200 grams of flour. It was added to a recipe that expressed the note of KFC OR nicely when ginger was at only 1 gram, and at 3 grams both my wife and I hated the out of balance result.

My understanding from others who ordered from there was Superior product and it was a Higher Price then from some ethic stores BUT very good quality from the island company. I have been sourcing many spices from Asian Stores and Ethnic Stores lately. In Edmonton Alberta we have T&T Markets, and other New Large Competition HMart. which are Great. Marshall Creak has Great spices Amazon also.
