DRY BRINE with a Meat Tenderizer.
We got asked if we could also make a Grille Chicken for some people who may not want a Fried Chicken.
We said NOT a Problem the customer gets satisfied Always.
So in a last minute decision based on my attitude Trial & Error Chicken. We Dry Brined EXTRA chicken which will be rolled in flour Pre-Dusted then dipped in the water MSG solution then the Chicken rolled in the Seasoned Flour before Deep Frying the Dry Brined chicken. Experimental Chicken Deep Fried Dry Brine Style.
We Dry Brined 30 extra lbs. of Chicken Breast for the Grille Chicken and the experimental chicken Deep Fry we used 1 Lbs. of Seasoning for the Dry Brine Chicken so there is Going to be Massive flavor depth.
We are still seasoning the Flour with seasoning and Salt MSG for deep frying / Though it would be equal to the OLD DAY Zinger effect BUT Dry Brined.
The AROMA in the Dry Brine is Pepper NOTE filled and massive Flavor bomb we used Milk Powder as the Spice and Herb Brine Carrier and Sugar.
