We are Testing Mint
On the First 2 test it has some interesting results BUT Amount is a Questionable interest in the MIX.

I think People should try Mint added to Black Pepper and add it onto Egg's

My wife didn't like it, but I used it in a chicken seasoning for chicken I was going to smoke on my small grill.

He perfected making julips for the Governors tour with lots of fresh mint, so that’s in its favor.
It is a big family overall, plant wise, as it includes Cuban Oregano, Basil, Rosemary, Hysop, lavender, as well as the traditional spearmint, peppermint etc.
It can get lost, or muted and combines in funny ways, I think. It seem more a bright soloist or duo / trio than a team or background player. I haven’t figured it out when there a lot of ingredients.

I came across a few internet blurbs on specifically Black Cardamom which indicated that among its various of delivered flavors are notes of citrus and mint.

I read it is Plectranthus amboinicus or also known as Mexican mint.
