deepfriednew101 , are you saying that there is no Allspice or Clove? Is that why Glen stated that he never tasted Clove (IE, Eugenol) in real KFC OR? And also no Sage or Savory? And no Anise Seed or Star Anise? And also no Celery or Mustard. And no Fennel? And no Marjoram? And no Mexican Oregano (one of your long time favorites, which you tried to shill off as Sage). Edit: This would seem to bolster my contention that the 'note' is derived from Coriander Seed, and the secret is in getting the level of Coriander into a correct nominal range, likely in harmonic balance with Nutmeg and possibly Mace and/or Cinnamon.
Edit #2: Glen stated at least once that he needed to walk softly and not expose all of what he knew. He also seemed to infer that I+G was in there.
Edit #3: I still think (now more than ever) you're a shill planted here to ever confuse and confound us, but that also implies that I think you know far more than your puppet masters will allow you to get right.
Edit #4: This also bolsters my recent contention that Eugenol is not needed when Ginger is present, since Zingerone is a kissing cousin of Eugenol.
