Has anyone tried adding Cilantro to a recipe?

I would Like ANY one to Ask everyone who EATS PHO soup which usually has either Basil or Cilantro Fresh on the side if it has Soap taste.

If you use OLD cilantro which should be Thrown out it has a Soap taste YES
