The first major hurdle to solving Winston Shelton's 100 grams equation seems to me to be solving the "certain amount of soft winter wheat flour" that accompanies the 100 grams. How many grams of flour did Colonel Harland Sanders tell Winston Shelton to use? 450G of Soft Winter Wheat Flour it was a Tri Blend Wheat/Barely/Corn Thanks! The target for 200 grams of flour is thus ~44 grams of H&S. To me that seems high unless it includes Salt and MSG. |

Is there a 26 gram bag with pure MSG in it? We know for sure of a 26 ounce bag with mainly H&S, and we know for sure of a 3Lb. (= 48 ounce) box of Salt, and we know that Winston Shelton talked about quantities summing to 100 ounces. Well: 26 ounce bag of H&S + 48 ounces of Salt + 26 ounces of MSG = 100 ounces Hmmm? We also know that 25 Lbs. of Cake Flour = 400 ounces of Cake flour deepfriednew101 often talks about the additions summing to 25% of the flour. 100 ounces = 25% of 400 ounces of flour. Either 2 bags are added to every Lug with 25 Lbs. of flour in it, or 26 ounces of MSG are being added. Otherwise nothing adds up to 25% of the flour, or 100 ounces. No one mentions 2 bags being added, and likewise no one mentions a 26 ounce bag of pure MSG. Even the instructions written on the H&S bag don't say to add 2 bags. Hmmm? (again) |

A KFC Lug holds 25LBS of Flour MAX
There have been Videos on the YouTube, showing 2 BAGS of spice in the past. They have had 2 Bags and you see them pouring 1 Bag in the Mix. BUT some of the people present at the KFC open Kitchen said and agreed 2 spice Bags were used.
