My radical KFC_like recipe thought for the day is:
Once the elusive essence of the 'note' has been captured within a recipe, new recipes that wish to improve upon the note must not appreciably differ, but rather must make small and incremental changes. Radical changes, and poof, no 'note'. I've experimentally poofed the note away multiple times since first capturing it within my original 'Recipe #17' (the one without Cayenne).

I wonder what adding a shot glass full of a top shelf Kentucky Bourbon Whisky to each Lug might do for the flavor and aroma?

My radical thought for the day: At least a couple times deepfriednew101 has mentioned that the recipe he is in possession of (in CHS's handwriting) is so easy to understand that a child could follow it. With that in mind, why is it that deepfriednew101's recipes are presented in a fashion where effectively none of us on this forum can clearly make any sense of them?

I have said C.H.S. wrote the Ingredients in a Method and fashion for Easy way to Follow, Yes a Child could Follow it
BUT
The ways it's written it is Confusing in total and ONE can screw it UP EASY
JUST LIKE EVERYONE screwing up the C. Ledington Recipe.
The C. Ledington Recipe makes Great Chicken Just Cook it correct.

11 Herbs and Spices Mix to 100g or 50g and they DO NOT ADD SALT or M.S.G. to the 11 Herbs and Spices.

It's Funny I have spoke with 100's and 100's of People which Include Every Major person wrote about in Papers and YouTubers and Other's BUT THIS is A TOP SECRET FORUM who do not want to communicate in Real Time and Telephone BUT want the WORLD handed on a Plater?
I guess if People Like Tommy S and Winston S. Had the recipe and said the ONLY way you will get it is Make a Telephone Call YOU would never Get access to it as you would never call or make contact ? BUT cry for Decades.
I had to make telephone Calls to Get the Recipe and Memorabilia and Drive a day to Pick some stuff Up. IT ONLY happen from a Telephone call NOT a FIREWALL the Old People Do Not use Computers ? LMAO

Oh maybe ask Ken aka Dustin if the Original Old Seasoning mix was RED and Dustin and others posted it 140 times on the Wayback Machine with Others and Tons of Photo's. I have posted Photo's to support what They had indicated from the Bags of Old K.F.C. Seasoning In Canada which was Red and Original Marion Kay Chicken Seasoning from early Times NOT the later 99x
I will Just Stop Posting In Public, it's just easier to Help the people who want help in Public and can follow Tip's.

My radical idea for the day: KFC currently is only MSG, Salt and tiny amounts of Black Pepper. Below bag shows Black Pepper as the only spice left. Seems like the Corp would even ditch the extracts.
