For the midrange weight of 47.5 grams:
Baker's (or flour) Salt: 60% = 28.5 grams B&W Pepper(2): 11.5% = 5.46 grams MSG: 16% = 7.6 grams All Other Spices: 9.5% = 4.51 grams All Herbs Combined: 3% = 1.43 grams

How Does 50% Salt come into a 100% Total Value ? also MSG at 7.5 : takes away more spice and herbs from a 100 % MIX YOUR NUMBERS ARE ALL WRONG when you take the 50% and 7.5% of the potential Spice and Herbs away FROM ANY recipe chicken or Otherwise ? YOUR amount is 42.5% Spice and Herbs You are looking at my estimate of Sensory Contribution, not ingredient weight percentages.

My random and radical somewhat KFC cloning related thoughts for the day:
Correlation does not imply causation Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence Russell's Teapot Teapots and Unicorns Extraordinary claims demand extraordinary evidence Past history of statistical outcomes is not a predictor of future statistical outcomes Past performance does not predict future performance There is no truth (a statement which presumes it's own fully assured truth value and thereby completely falsifies itself...)

You can't prove a negative, or a non-entity.

Not a radical thought but not a bad place for this.
We have been out fairly regularly walking our puppy after dinner. Now the weather is nice you can expand your route some. Anyway we walked past this house last week and before we got there. You could smell the KFC note. Clear as a bell. My wife said that smells good, smells like KFC. I agreed. Having been in a KFC outlet I know it doesn't smell that strong. I can get the note and smell it in the house. But outside and a house away. Nope.
It was ALL I could do not to ring the door bell and comment on how good whatever they were making. No risk here in getting shot, probably get feed. LOL
Although they could be KFC cloners too. It left me thinking what else they could have been making. It was that strong!

At that juncture you can bring it up and see what their response is without having to knock on the door.

My radical KFC related thought for the day:
There was once a 'Burger King' chain of restaurants in Edmonton, Canada that had no affiliation to the Burger King chain that got it's start in the USA. This non-affiliated Burger King chain sold KFC chicken, starting in 1959.

The Original Canadian Burger King Canada won the Court case vs USA Burger King in 1986/1987.
The Canadian Burger King was established and Registered in Canada in the 1950's ALL of Canada by the Original Owners of the Canadian Burger king.
The Court record show that the Canadian Burger King STILL as 2023 have excusive jurisdiction to Burger King Canada NORTH of Central Alberta where one of the Original Burger King Canada locations was which is NOW (Called D&D Drive In Innisfail Alberta)
The Canadian Burger Kings Canada were NOT the First Locations In Canada Alberta. they joined later in the Canada Cinderella Store Prior to Eastern Canada and Scott's Villa jumped on the KFC Band Wagon who Glen and Friends refer to. Scott's Villa was the Eastern Largest Canadian connection.
