I have a challenge for anyone
Salt, Pepper Black and White, MSG,
Basil, Dill, Garlic, Onion, Sage, Red Pepper & Cayenne, Oregano, Cumin
Mix these item and see the Aroma you get from the Spices and test some drumsticks and Chicken Wings
focus on the Aroma and the Note

Is the Dill from dried dill sprigs or is it from Dill seeds?

I use fresh dill but have also used dill seed
it would take the Fresh Dill and rub it with flour it will Dry.
The Fresh has more flavor and Aroma

Now I'm thinking that I'm going to be disappointed by replacing Chili Powder with Red and Green Bell Pepper plus Cayenne.
