I use Disodium Inosinate & Disodium Guanylate all the time
its typically used at .01% in pre-made food and premade packaged food TV Dinner Chicken and Processed chicken fingers
Disodium Inosinate & Disodium Guanylate is 20 % more powerful the MSG
Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate, with never more Than 2% is what the Data sheet said.
I mix the following Super Salt mix
100g salt, 5g Accent .5g Disodium inosinate .5g Disodium guanylate
Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate is used with MSG in some KFC New Age Items
I prefer Ac’cent as accent has more then MSG.
as a side note MOST Powdered Chicken and Beef based or soup base all have I&G in the ingredients
it was one reason why Gloria P used the Tomato Soup or Cream Soup Mix in the 1980's and she NEVER said the word MSG ever
Glen and Friends made reference of I & G in one video and said he could NOT get it in a small quantity. Small amounts of Both were sent to him, which were never used in his recipes that I know?

So the question becomes: Does KFC currently add either or both of these MSG boosters to the MSG they use in the original recipe chicken process?

And another question is: Is it a legal requirement that companies divulge their use of IMP and/or GMP as MSG superchargers?

I would presume that much of the food consumed at restaurants in general, and/or in processed foods in general, contains one or both of the boosters, but this is merely my speculation.

Among the listed ingredients for KFC are disodium inosinate (IMP), and disodium guanylate (GMP). When these two ingredients combined are mixed into MSG at what I tentatively believe is a ratio of 2% to 98% MSG it is claimed that they boost the 'Umami' flavor enhancement power of the MSG by up to 15-fold. So MSG alone must be boosted to the sky in order to accomplish the same thing. Have you seen the Youtube video of the Chef adding 2-1/2 TBSP's of MSG per cup of flour to his KFC like recipe? That would be on the order of 48 grams of MSG for 200 grams of flour. I must add here that my perception that KFC used these MSG boosters came from their fleeting mention by Glen of 'Glen and Friends' on YouTube. And my perception may not be correct.

E621 = MSG E627 = Disodium guanylate (GMP) E631 = Disodium inosinate (IMP) E635 = E627 + E631 (I tentatively believe)
