all technology has changed with everything Major Flour Milling was Cold Rolled in the 30's, 40's etc etc mow Milled and Metal chopped more
same with the Spices.
Fast Paced Growing is a different method then 1930 Hand picked Mature selected Herbs and Spices when people did manual labor
