For 40 Years NOTE Started as defined as the AROMA with KFC Franchise Cooking
It Had Zero to Do with the Taste
C.H.S when He worked with us and showed Franchise Owners and Staff things He represented the Taste as taste and Flavor
If he represented the Aroma it was NOTE
In the forums the word NOTE is just thrown out there like a Blanket.
when a NEW KFC Opens or is Re-model There is NO Note produced that waffles Thu the Kitchen or Perinates your clothing until the 2nd and 3rd day.
The Re-used Oil takes the NOTE on after Multiple cooking's. Now the Average person and consumer would NOT know this because We Do 3 closed Door Days of equipment Testing and Quality Control Days with the staff.
The chicken that is made in those day is Typically not sold and Donated to Local Food Banks while the Staff and Equipment are tested and re-tested.
