I have one of those "leftover mix bags" in my fridge too. It makes for incredible fried chicken, whether baked, pan fried, baked, pressure fried! Reproduceable? Not a chance! Aaand believe it or not; in each of the above cooking styles the flavor/results is different! Weird eh! Imo, CHS discovered this too when he pressure fried too. It did not only speed up the cooking process.
