1) Does the Original Recipe Only Contain 11 Spices and Herbs ?
2) Does the Original Recipe Only Contain Spices and Herbs that were on peoples Shelves in the Pantry in 1939 Era ?
3) Does the Original Recipe have Volumes Measured with a Digital scale ?

1) NO - C.H.S. may have been using the words 11 Spices and Herbs BUT It always came into a context HE SAID ORIGINALLY: I started with Flour, Salt, and Pepper then started adding Herbs and Seasoning which the Family Likes until I had 10 or 11 Secret Spices and Herbs that complimented the chicken .
He always spoke about the 11 Spices and Herbs which were added to make the Seasoned Flour. He never spoke about the Other items which were used to make the Brine and Vegetables were NOT Spices and Herbs Kept on the Panty Shelve they were Always Fresh and kept in the Root Cellar or Cold Room NOT the Pantry.
2) YES There were No Magic Beans From Jack and the Bean Stock or Items that were so Hard to Find they were imported on a Unicorn's
3) No Digital Scales were NOT invented Until after the 1960's
Flour was measured with a Cup, Salt and Pepper were measured with a Tablespoon, and Other Spices and Herbs were measured with a teaspoon.
The Hardest Thing For everyone to Grasp, is The Words Bill S said that Every Spice Company could make the 11 Herbs and Spices with simple items BUT the USE of High Quality and PURE spices were the Key NOT Inferior ingredient's (Spices and Herbs ARE NOT now like they were in 1939-1940 [ In 1930 they were PURE spices TODAY they contain way more filled])
