It started with me buying a bag of it and seeing how it smelt, and taste. At first i went "nope" but the more i checked it later, and the aroma coming off it in storage, the more i realized it is in the recipe. By the smell of the raw powder it matches the recipe flavour profile, by taste it is disgustingly bitter. But in cooking that bitterness becomes incredibly savoury like almost a milder cumin.
Then i bought this curry pie that is sold locally to me that i've had many, many times over the years. Well this particular day the aroma coming off it while it sat in the bag as i was driving, i went "wtf that smells like the O.R!" the good thing is that i know the curry powder they use in it, and these are the ingredients which fully confirmed to me fenugreek seed is 100% in the recipe.
The curry powder they use in it contains these ingredients:
"Turmeric, Coriander, Salt, fenugreek, Black Pepper, Chili, Rice Flour, Allspice, Celery"
Also confirmed Coriander, allspice, and celery.
So ultimately it comes down to TASTE! taste is what made me discover it. You use only about just a tad over 1/8tsp to about 300g flour in the recipe.

LMAO! They store this shit in a heavily guarded heavy duty vault, and i got it! really makes it look like a joke doing that when someone easily discovers it anyway.
The only use of reading the real recipe would be, is to confirm what i already know, and possibly reveal 1 or 2 that i don't know about, but i think i know it all. Only thing i don't understand is their pepper taste, but i think it just comes from extracts.
Sanders probably knew how easy it really is for someone to figure out the recipe if they really wanted to which is why he tried to mislead with his "common to everyones shelf"

Ok, now that you have grasped the brass ring, let's see this OR recipe. But I ask myself, self: If most say that the OR has changed to the point that the 1950s OR is non distinguishable, and modern KFC is inedible, then how can you identify the original ingredients to CHS's OR, using today's KFC? I call your bluff. Let's see this recipe. If you don't show it, then keep quiet about the research of others. Put up or shut up.

I call your bluff. Let's see this recipe. If you don't show it, then keep quiet about the research of others. Put up or shut up. Because i believe they still use the real recipe ingredients to some extent. They aren't stupid, they know his recipe creates a signature taste/note and that they still need it to be at a level that it gives off some of that taste/note. Do they use it at the same quantity of ingredients? i don't know. But they are definitely using the real recipe ingredients here at my local store. And secondly, you are saying that when you have bags from 1998? you literally contradict yourself right there. Why have you got bags from 1998 and also 2016 if the the modern version is not anywhere near the same? 1998 is still modern version. I have eaten the O.R since atleast the 2000, the taste becomes ingrained in your brain. My nigella seed discovery is a PRIME example of this. My instant reaction to tasting the nigella seeds on turkish bread was "omg that's in the recipe" but sanders statement about common made me doubt it. UNTIL! i literally discovered them by accident on the modern O.R chicken. So just confirms my taste is spot on. I will be cooking my homemade O.R while you can go in circles.

Also, have you forgotten what recipe these people who say "the O.R today is not the same" came up with? the worst recipe in history called TC34D
A recipe without garlic for chicken might be the most stupid thing i have ever seen. How you can spend years cooking chicken, experimenting with herbs/spices and still not know basic cookery that garlic is 100% in the recipe is beyond me. The reason they got rid of garlic is because they tried to fit the vials LOL!
Bulk of the note comes from sulfur compounds. I am better at this than literally every single person trying this.
And idc if you believe my discoveries or not.

.......and where is your recipe, or at least your list of 100%ers? I challenge you to show where I ever indicated that the 1998 bag was not modern KFC. I believe I stated that the 98 and 16 bags had no noticeable differences. You are grasping at straws. You use transfer propaganda, projecting the actions of others onto whoever you are attacking. I did not belong to TCK when TC34D was created, but you try to include me in its' development. I wasn't even around. You are getting annoying. Post a recipe, or get off the pot. I swear you must be DTM or Ellsworth (or both). At least post either your take on the contents of the vials, or your explanation why they aren't legit.

I've already posted my take on the vials lol? i just posted how i think the 11th vial is vial F and purposely placed in the middle. I posted that vial c is nigella seeds. I posted that i think the vials are coded, what are you on? "then how can you identify the original ingredients to CHS's OR, using today's KFC?" And yet you do the exact same thing by trying to sieve through your MODERN 1998/2016 bags. Nice contradiction. People say the recipe has changed, but i will tell you what hasn't changed, Herbs/spices. Herbs/spices are still exactly the same as they were in the 1950's. So if they use fenugreek in the recipe today, i am still going to detect it. Regardless if they have modified the recipe ratios or not. Fenugreek is still fenugreek.

So if the recipe has not changed, then I should be sieving through my KFC seasoning bags, correct buddy? Now you tell me, just what have you proven, or disproven? If you are right then I should find what you have found, correct? But I haven't. And your first taste was in 2000? Are you kidding me? And you are the self proclaimed expert as to whether the recipe has changed? I find it interesting that the promotion of fenugreek is presently occurring on Ken's forum also. KFC mole???
If I try to discern the differences in taste from the 1950s to today, then wouldn't I investigate what I have, TODAY? I'm looking for yesterday. You are looking for contradictions in statements that have not been made, and scenarios that are almost psychotic.
Re-post your choices for the 11 vials, and/or ONE workable recipe, and I will shut my pie hole (or hand. LOL)

Re-post your choices for the 11 vials, and/or ONE workable recipe, and I will shut my pie hole (or hand. LOL) I'm done talking with you. You clearly have a superiority complex and think because you've been doing this for so many years, or tasted it earlier that you therefore know better when really it just shows how bad and failed you are at this sorry to say. I have only been doing this on/off at a very calm steady pace for 5 years, only tasted it in 2000, and i have discovered 10x more than any other researcher. If someone from the corp reads this forum, they know i'm 100% right. The Anthony guy on youtube does a similar thing, trys to act like he somehow knows better than other people because he was related to Sanders when really he doesn't know any better than anyone else. The same applies to you. I win because i have a better taste, better understanding of cookery, and my mind is open enough to believe that there is more than 11 herbs/spices and that the vials aren't entirely legit. Everyone else is stuck in a narrow view. Amazing how i'm the first one to discover Nigella Seeds, but people like you who've been doing it for what, 20 years? still haven't discovered it. And you refuse to believe it because it makes you feel bad that someone who hasn't spent anywhere near the same time you have BEAT YOU TO IT!

So you pass? Cowards always turn and run. I'll remind you that you have promoted: Garlic salt, nigella seeds, cardamom, chicken bouillon, ginger, cinnamon and fenugreek. Have I missed any? I'll reread your posts and see if you have contradicted yourself. Of course you could take your ball and just go home.
