All that wait for pre made mixes?! Very disappointed, waited forever for this lol. I'll stick to my recipe 😉 I think there are way to many un correct facts in Glen's Video that people are mentioning on the web and agree Glen is not answering the tuff questions people ask but skip the questions and answer other questions for people He will not answer the question that the ingredient he listed are from a 1985 KFC blend in Ireland ? and may have been used else where but is not the real recipe? Glen says his chicken pressure cooker cannot get to the proper temp which is incorrect as we use the similar pressure cooker and it works perfect we use the original cooking temp that they used for the original KFC and the exact times and it works perfect. So he in correct with that fact. He makes reference that he reviewed all the court cases involved with the KFC and read many things. If he did read All the things involved then he would know that he is missing key ingredients from the 11 spices and herbs and he would also know that Salt, Pepper, and MSG are not part of the 11 herbs and spices he also comments that Colonel S was still franchising other countries on his own and he was not doing that he worked for the corporation selling franchises and helped teach the cooking methods but he gave them information he should not have disclosed some indicated. That's why Pat lost the court case against KFC so not sure what to think about Glens video except it has some things that are correct but many wrong points

Pure speculation as to a Grace's_like herb and spice ordered mix, but without allspice, and with cinnamon:

And now a purely speculative Grace's_like (as to it's Herb & Spicing ordering) mix, only this time with Allspice plus a couple bonus items.

It would be interesting to see just how different the two recipes listed above would taste and smell if eaten side by side.
Note: As purely an aside, both of these recipes will properly scale to match a 40 ounce bag.

To reach the "Dustin's recipe" (as featured and favored on 'Glen and Friends Cooking') level of Eugenol via only Clove (with zero Allspice) for a recipe scaled to 200 grams of flour would require the Clove to be at 0.36 grams.
64,800/180,000 = 0.36 grams of Clove
Whereby Dustin's recipe has ~0.30 grams of Clove and ~0.30 grams of Allspice when scaled to 200 grams of flour.
0.30 grams Allspice x 36,000 ppm Eugenol + 0.30 grams Clove x 180,000 ppm Eugenol = 64,800

For clarity:
ppm = parts per million parts (by weight, not volume)
So if we had 1 million grams of 'nominal' Clove, within this million grams we would expect to find ~180,000 grams of pure Eugenol oil.
And if we had 1 million grams of 'nominal' Allspice, within this million grams we would expect to find ~36,000 grams of pure Eugenol oil.

So for my speculative recipe above which has "Clove, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg" instead of "Allspice", where I had Clove at 0.30 grams, this should be changed to read 0.36 grams.

If you remember Glens Video HE SAID:

For the recipe above with both Allspice and Clove:
(0.80 x 36,000) + (0.20 x 180,000) = 64,800
