Your Train is OFF the Tracks ? Look at the 1930's Spice that was Available ? Why not simply release the recipe and put my train back on the track? Do you ever intend a public release, or will you intentionally keep it hidden and merely toy with us and taunt us forever? Are you a troll?

Your Train is OFF the Tracks ? Look at the 1930's Spice that was Available ? You have touted for a few years now on this forum that Coriander was not a common (as in available) spice in the 1930's. Are you definitively stating that it was not one of the original (secret) 11? Or are you beating around the bush?

Hey I'm trying to Help you BUT it's NOT my fault you want to keep following Ken AKA Dustin methods ? I showed you a photo ? where in the Photo does it show coriander ? Please Find me a 1940's Coriander Spice Tin or a List of Spice From the Major Spice companies where they sold Coriander as a Induvial spice it may have been used as a filler in spice blends BUT was NOT sold individually as a Herbs or Spice in the early 1940's or before the War ends for that matter. I have said this LONG LONG LONG before a obtaining a recipe Hand written from C.H.S. coriander was a Bill S. addition in the late 1960's in the Marion Kay Chicken seasoning NOW keep focused as THIS THREAD was a Pepper Thread Get Focused on Pepper

Off topic. I’ve done as much research on this as I can. I’ll post in the appropriate form. Which manufacturers I could find examples of coriander being sold as an individual quantity. And the date and size.
Spoiler alert. Very few. But it did exist in 1939

I've used Sichuan Pepper, and still have a bag of it stored. I like it, but I do not believe that CHS used it. Used in today's KFC, it might improve the overall flavor.
I'm cooking livers tomorrow (my routine). I've cooked gizzards first, then last I'll cook legs, and then thighs. I ate the package of gizzards in one setting.
The way I'm doing my recipes, with the herbs, spices, ginger, Bl&Wh peppers and msg mixed separate, in larger batches, I can just go measure out what I need for marinading and cooking. I believe this is what Shelton tried to leak. This is the multiples. Birds of a feather, flock together.

But it did exist in 1939 Can't wait to see it, if it exist There are 40 experts out there and Major collects who Purchase Antique Tins of oil Spices and other Supplies WAITING TO SEE it ? everyone claiming to be pre 1945 have been debunked as after 1945 Tins, NOW may there be older I guess anything is possible BUT it would be Rare WHY there was very little marketed in Coriander even in 1945 and those cans ARE RARE due to very limited available. What will BE MORE AMAZING is the McCormick and Sexton and other Companies have wrote Back saying they Did NOT sell individual Coriander Prior to Pre-War so How anyone would have them when the Companies say they DID NOT make them is Questionable ? BUT AGAIN the ANTIQUE community awaits the finding of a Unicorn

The two items that have always thrown my recipes off with a certain aftertaste, are nutmeg and coriander. Gave the chicken a "pastry", or donut taste.
