If you think his research was solid. JWOZ’s 99-x analysis detected a measurable amount of Ginger or the chemical component of it. He felt equivalent to about .275oz in the mix. Which has always been well overlooked by an Admin on that site. Also ignores the ingredient listing on the bagged 99x. Now this doesn’t mean it was in the OR. But CHS felt better about MK’s mix than corporate at one point in time. I think ginger may be lower than thought but not there?

There Have Been Many who Agree Ken is also the Profile for Dustin
Ken AKA Dustin
Anytime Ken aka Dustin gets showed up or upset with others Posting He starts a distraction that He Has New Cooking and always supported by Dustin LMAO While OTHER discredit his work or question then Dustin keeps Popping up from ONLY a Mobile link ? LMAO.
ASK ken if He will do a Three Way Telephone Call With Dustin and Another Third party (BE PREPARED TO BE BANNED FROM THE SITE)
Many have Cooked with and without Ginger, and Other Items BUT because the GINGER is the Flavor of the week distraction.
I guess People Just Need to cook Chicken with 5 or 6 items one bath with Ginger and One with/out Ginger. (IT HAS ALREADY BEEN TRIED A LONG TIME AGO)
everyone said LEAVE THE GINGER IN ? with many cooking.
Yes Ginger May be a subjective ITEM with amount to use ?
BUT was the LAST DISCREDIT not long ago NO NO NO DO NOT ADD Garlic NO GARLIC NO GARLIC
I have a suggest FOR KEN aka Dustin
Make K.F.C. Chicken with NO CHICKEN and convince everyone that Both Ken and Dustin say there is NO CHICKEN in the Original Recipe ?

I recently mixed ginger and mustard together for 13%. If both are each 13% (and the possibility sounds good), then the Shelton statements show: 1) either the mix is for non-pepper ingredients, which flies in the face of the alleged CHS remark that you could take those elements and cook his chicken; or 2) the remainder unknown ingredient(s) was/were Pepperall.
I remember reading a blog long ago (they seem to have mostly disappeared) with a guy lamenting how he missed "the gingery goodness" of the old time KFC. I also read a blog about a guy who was with CHS at a hunting lodge, when a black man (cook?) took CHS's recipe and added every spice and herb in the cupboard to create "KFC". CHS supposedly paid the guy a small amount of money for the recipe. The guy supposedly telling the story ended up a millionaire in Florida operating many early KFC franchises. Then I read a newspaper article about a guy claiming that CHS gave Brown and Massey a fake recipe, and kept the original close to heart. My reasoning at the time was that the original OR was given to MK (otherwise the Court could not have ordered them to change the recipe, if it wasn't the real deal). Lies and deceptions, the CHS way. Are any of these true? I've tried all of these angles throughout the years, long before TCK, and got close once, the time I mixed all of the various leftover bags of flour together to cook for my grandkids. That's my two cents.

I have read ALL the stories
I have Contacted ALL the Parties OVER 30 years Spoke to Every ONE who made allegations of ALL color and Race.
There are To Many who Spoke about Ginger YES. The Are many who say different Peppers YES
It was C.H.S. Daughter who had the Florida Franchises NOT a 3rd Party so BS. Leon Pete Harmons Family Operated Salt Lake City and Utah, Montana
Many have said C.H.S. Stole the recipe from a Black Lady and also his Old Fiancé who He Did not Marry (I was given a Recipe from the Family for Chicken NOT K.F.C. BUT had lots of Spices and Herbs.
C.H.S. said He taught Claudia How to Cook From News Paper Clipping and Books (Which I have a Major Amount of and there are Fried Chicken Recipes from the 1905) most Salt and Pepper and some with Herbs and Spices, AND Ginger. First Chicken Fried had Basil and Parsley and Cayenne Pepper.
Pepperall was NOT until after the 1939 Era / BUT some say it was Before ?
Commercial Season Salt, Celery, Onion, Garlic were all in the 1930 Time period.

Seems like I traced the guy in Florida, but I didn't find out much about him, except that he got rich. The Winston revelation came long after Pepperall would have come into use. I never ate 1939 KFC. I ate 1959 KFC, a product whose recipe has been changed numerous times, and in many places. I have tried options of the SALT code, concerning "L", which could have been Lemon (lemon pepper, lemon zest, along with tarragon, both of which have been present in my most acclaimed recipes) or laurel leaves (bay leaves). I have had my eye on parsley for some time. I haven't ventured out to use it because I've read that dried parsley pales in comparison to fresh. But every dish I've eaten in the past with parsley is greatly enhanced with its use.
I've also noticed that everytime Ken comes up with a new angle, a group of people comments in tandem, often completing each other's thoughts, which is unusual.

When you have your alter Ego replying to your own statements I guess you complete your own sentences LOL.
as for the L
Lemon Verbena was a item used in Tea's Heavy in the 1930's and was use in Meat Dishes for seasoning NOT a Popular item but was available. Lemon Balm also was used in Desert's and also extract Liquids and custards.
Lemon Zest Dried was a McCormick seasoning and Orange Zest Dried both were on the Market

Recipes with lemon pepper were all well received, but I could neverfigure out bow to work it in, using the information available. This made me think that misinformation prevailed more than I thought. I still have some home made stuff waiting in the wings. I need to work on the supporting cast though.
Note: Lemon chicken is a known classic. Did CHS incorporate it into his OR?
