What If C.H.S. wrote the recipe so simple for memory that Claudia or child could remember it ?
I know many say its a 7 - 10 - 7 Blah Blah Blah
It would have been made in 1939 using NON digital scales.
so that leaves Portion Cups and regular Old fashion teaspoons or Tablespoons for small limited batches of 2 to 2 1/2 Cups of Flour enough to coat 1 Whole Bird 2 !/2Lbs Skillet Fried.
What if It is that simple BUT everyone is complicating the Method of Measurement.
Yes A teaspoon or Tablespoon who work out to a Gram or Oz Ratio and ALL can compute to 100%
