Nice work. I posted this photo initially though, couple of months before. There is another shot of the same container from a store opening in Tajikistan. Thread title was KFC Tajikistan.

As I have said in the Many many Posting Coriander was NOT as easy found in the 1930's
Mustard Seed was a Everyday Item, If you ask any elderly They ALL had Mustard Seed at home, It was a Necessity for more Medical use BUT udes for cooking also it was so diverse.

But coriander was in Sexton's. How far back did Sexton's Poultry Seasoning go? If CHS broke down Sexton's into separate elements, then he discovered coriander. Those grains I see are millet.

It is My understanding from Sexton's Who was contacted in the 80's Era Coriander was after the 1940's (only what they indicated)
Many Old Vintage Spice Tins showed it BUT those Tins appear to be 1940's and more after the War.

One of CHS's women said that CHS really loved his seasoning and meal. I bought millet saed to see what the powder was like. Very difficult to grind. But those seeds are millet seeds.

I looked in the pantry today and the millet I have is sorghum seed. It exactly matches the grains in those containers. I originally thought that the "meal" that CHS used was sorghum flour. Seeing those seeds in those bottles just might be a hint. I'll grind some up and use it in my next flour mic. Could be the key. Sorghum grows all over Oklahoma along the interstate highways.
