Looks like a Great Cook presentation in color and texture How was the overall flavor ? It is a bit dark though. Must be the Annatto. I am a new age golden boy. Flavour was superb.

Dustin's / Ken's version and/or Todd Wilbur are BOTH strong contenders in the Fried Chicken Race, Todd's has more Depth to the Recipe as Dustin's/Ken's Recipe Flavor is over taken by the Salt and M.S.G compared to the more balanced taste Todd W has.
I Did say that I want to know do a Equal test between the Two recipes with equal spices weighted to the portion of Flour and see the Flavor outcome.
A apple to apple test will be the ONLY way to determine the Taste subjective profile between each recipe which are BOTH great in there own way.
If you or anyone wants to do the equalization of recipe to challenge off against Dustin's/Ken's vs Todd W C.M.T. recipe WHICH the T.V. crew indicated had Heavy K.F.C.. Aroma and so Did the Crowd please Do the Math to equal out the Game field.

Especially when you don’t know if rubbed, ground or any other grind is meant, it could ruin the result
